I am happy to say that I srarted this website several years ago. However, I could not find the time to maintain
it because of job constraints. I am now in a better position to work on it because I have recently retired. Look
out, here I come!
I am one of six children, five girls and one boy. My mother was the ever strong matriarch because my father had
passed early in his and my life. My formal education was done in the Caribbean where I am still a native, but I
have lived in the USA for the past twenty-six years and attended College and various classes of intertest here. In 2003,
I discovered what fun and good exercise it is to participate in walking events. I have since been participating
on an annual basis. I also do charitable fund-raising for various organizations
My interest in the natural nutritional alternatives started while seeking other means of healing for myself.
I began to read, research and affiliate with people and organizations that dealt with this field. I learned several
methods of healing, cleansing and nourishing the body and found that many alternatives exist for most ailments.
It was so exciting to me that I decided to publish this web page where I could share it with my friends and others among other
things.
The computer is definitely one of my hobbies, although I think that it has become a major necessity. My other hobbies
are advice and counselling, reading, and research, especially research, which I really enjoy. My personality enables
me to sit and be quiet for several hours at a time to do this. I also do email.
